American Express – Credit Card

Development of the Italian American Express Business credit card market targeted on SMEs through a network of over 350 sales consultants trained internally on products, sales processes, and sales promotion programmes. Continuous support of the Telemarketing department for contacts and appointment making, converting lists of prospects into profiled leads. Since Attitude was founded, over 20,000 Italian companies have chosen American Express.

American Express – Bank projects

A special project, in partnership with American Express and the most important banking institutions. Our professionals provide on-the-job training for internal bank consultants. At regular meetings at our partner bank branches, our specialist advisors also promote SBS credit cards to profiled business clients.

American Express – Tourist Attraction

A strategic project in Italy to maximise the presence of the American Express brand in the locations with the greatest flow of tourists, through agreements with museums and other cultural attractions in five Italian cities: Rome, Florence, Venice, Naples and Milan. Field marketing carried out by 10 key account specialists dedicated entirely to the project. The results obtained have a global resonance that has led to the launch in other EU countries and Japan.

American Express – Wine project

Launch and management of the new project for the development throughout the country of the agreements of the most prestigious Italian wineries, food and wine excellence. Thanks to the agreements managed by our team, the customers of the wineries will be able to use their American Express credit cards to purchase wine, courses and tastings and reception services at the facilities connected to the vineyards.

American Express New Merchant

Field marketing to promote agreements with new merchants to accept the American Express credit card. Activity carried out by 10 key account specialists in different sectors (catering, hotels, shops), with a focus on five Italian cities with high tourist flows: Rome, Florence, Venice, Naples and Milan.

Telepass Pay – Direct Selling

Positioning on the B2B market of the innovative payment system Telepass Pay, through the contracting of service areas for the payment of fuel. The team of consultants has also promoted a new co-marketing plan through call centres and site visits. The results obtained have led to the expansion of the project for the payment by Telepass Pay to municipal blue lines and parking facilities.

British American Tobacco – Product Launch

Consumer field marketing for the launch of the new "GLO" device, employing teams of 700 social sellers throughout Italy. The innovative functional and design characteristics of the product were demonstrated to a profiled target audience at special lead generation events and with widespread promotion across the region.

Aeroporti di Roma – Easy Parking

Launch of the 4Corporate product and continuous consolidation through new agreements with medium-to-large companies for the use of Easy Parking car parks at Rome's Fiumicino, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Ciampino airports. Upselling carried out by the commercial network by informing high-potential customers of parking incentive programmes.

Best Pay – Digital Marketing

BestPay is the first online comparator that, by analysing the product sector and the turnover of a business, makes it possible to identify the most suitable POS for that business. The business can calculate the commission charged at the POS directly online. Subsequently, Attitude provides a free and non-binding visit by a specialist business consultant to explain in detail the most advantageous solutions in terms of savings on fees.

Sumup – POS Mobile

The creation of a network of consultants throughout Italy for the direct sale to merchants of consumer card readers, based on dedicated pricing terms and conditions. POS SumUp makes it possible to quickly and flexibly accept all debit or credit card payment methods, both in-store and during temporary business activities in other locations.

Hobex – POS Solutions
